This was a new listing when we booked with no reviews so I was nervous to proceed. Did some research and went for it! It was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean, brand new. Exactly as advertised. First time staying on the canal and it did not disappoint. We used the kayaks one morning. And stayed home two full days, Publix and other stores just moments away, close to highway (you could hear some highway noise but it was still peaceful quiet neighborhood). The house had everything to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely return!
