In Winter enjoy our hot tub & firepit. During summer enjoy our large garden & close proximity to Lake Macquarie. Explore nearby fishing spots, Hiking & MTB tracks as well as a Hunter Valley Winery Tour. The house has 4 bedrooms and a versatile Media Room that can be an extra bedroom. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!

Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please unload the dishwasher and put away all the dishes in the kitchen. Please put all rubbish in the correct bins outside (by the garage)
Please put the towels in the bathtub. Do not strip the beds.
Make sure all of the windows and doors are closed and locked. To lock the front door, press the Yale button on the keypad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We only have the one neighbour.
They are absolutely lovely so please be respectful at 10pm please close the hot tub and move the socialising inside the house.
A reminder, the grass at the front of the house is part of the councils nature strip so we encourage you to keep this clear for pedestrians (no car
