After spending the day in the city your can enjoy quality time on the private deck enjoying the sun or within building's private gym, pool, sauna, and hot tub which are conveniently located right beneath the suite.

The main bedroom features a full bathroom ensuite with a deep bathtub\shower. The queen size bed features a hybrid spring mattress with a plush top. Thick roll down blinds allow the ability to get some solitude or feel free to roll them up to enjoy the overlooking view of Science World and False Creek.

The secondary bedroom features a queen size bed with a hybrid spring mattress with a plush top. Thick roll down blinds allow the ability to get some solitude or feel free to roll them up to enjoy the peekaboo view of BC Place.

The air-conditioned living room features a queen size pull out sofa bed as well as a wifi enabled 40 inch mounted TV. The living room also provides access to the 510 square foot private deck which provides a one of a kind 210' degree wraparound view over looking Andy Livingstone park, Concord community park, BC's Science World, Rogers Arena, and an overlooking private view of the buildings private courtyard and its water-features.

The private deck also features 2 recliners, and 2 sun loungers for you to sit back and read while enjoying the sun. We also provide 6 chairs and a fold out table for anyone interested in taking their dining experience outdoors.

** NOTE **
The building complex is equipped with external camera as well as in the parking area and elevators, which are monitored by on-site personnel.
There is a security camera installed on the outside deck facing outward from the building from the deck, (This is a requirement by the owner)

The open concept kitchen features a full fridge, full stove and oven, sink, dishwasher, and a bar area for up to 3 individuals anchored by a separate seating area which can seat 5.

Need a private workspace, we've got you covered this apartment has an air conditioned private enclosed work area with sliding glass doors to provide privacy and focus.

The main bathroom features a full bathroom including a deep bathtub\shower

Extended stays, dirty laundry, we've got you covered with an apartment sized stacking washing machine and dryer.
