Then I contacted building management to assist. After a brief check outside the building lobby entrance, the management staff told me nobody was using the buzzer call outside the building lobby entrance. I realized that the issue was that you were being at the wrong address. Then I called you at 6:00pm and asked where you were, and text you the address again at 6:03pm via Vrbo. Finally, you arrived at the correct address, and used the buzzer successfully at 6:11pm without any issue. Prior to your arrival, I provided detailed check-in instructions — including the address , to help ensure a smooth check-in experience. That said, I understand travel days can be hectic, and I’m always here to help.
