We understand the importance of cleanliness, and we make it our top priority to deliver an exceptionally clean apartment.

The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower, 2 full-size closets, and a beautiful view of mountain and water.

The den has been converted into a cozy sleeping area with a twin bed, which can sleep 1.

The living room has a queen-sized sofa bed, a 1-seat sofa and a 55” smart tv with Netflix.

This condo was great for our family of four (two adult, one 18yo and one 12yo) trip to Vancouver. We went for a concert at Rogers Arena and it was fabulous location for us. A super short walk to the event, felt totally safe walking home at 11:30. Lots of places to eat, and the public transit was super close and easy to navigate. The host’s instructions and communication were clear and helpful. It was a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, very comfortable and made our trip so fun. If we ever get a chance, we’d definitely stay there again! Highly recommend.

1. The 3rd Bedroom is NOT A LEGAL BEDROOM per BC Building Code. It is only 4.5 Square Meters (48 SqFt) The code requires 7 Square Meters (75 SqFt). You cannot open the door all of the way to get in because it hits the single bed. It looks to be a pantry/large closet with a bed in it.2. We had to search for the remote control for the blinds in the livingroom. It was not listed in the book that described the rules/how to's for the condo/apartment.

The location was literally steps to the skytrain station. It was very convenient to have a washer and drier in the unit. We loved eating in the little dining room off the kitchen. The views were stunning. Thebunit was very clean and well equipped. We stayed with our granddaughters and they liked taking turns sleeping in the "den", but we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was great to have free parking in Vancouver.
