This upper unit (top 2 floors) has
2 back decks, BBQ, access to garden patio and lots of local parks and farmers markets to enjoy. Enjoy a clawfoot soaker tub and in suite laundry.

Great location. Only a block away from the shops and restaurants of Little Italy while only a short walk to the train. We also walked to the PNE a couple of times. Vicki was a great hostess!

We loved our stay in this sweet place! It was in a lovely area that was walkable to so much of what we wanted to do. The rooms were were all lovely and cozy and clean, the outdoor space and living area was such a treat, and our group felt so happy to be staying here! It was right within budget for our group of 5. We would certainly book it again!

Great location close to many great restaurants, coffee shops, and transit sites. You need to navigate four flights of stairs to get to two of the three bedrooms, so you need to be in good shape. I was also surprised to find no curtains on two of the bedroom windows and one main window in the third bedroom.

Beautiful, clean and well located character house steps from Commercial Drive. The place is charming full of natural light and surrounded by mature trees. It has all the gadgets to make you feel at home, and it is comfortable with lots of room.We recommend a stand for the hand hold shower and curtain surrounding the tub. Place is great but it is not advertise that it is in the second floor and there are lots of steps. We had a great stay with the exception of the shower situation.We made nice memories in the beautiful house celebrating our daughter’s graduation and enjoying the variety of restaurants in the Drive. Easy to access downtown by driving or by using public transit. Thanks

Why they chose this property

The Drive is legendary for its dynamic energy and diversity of people. A very walkable area with local shops, restaurants and theatre. It is well served by transit and you are right in the heart of the city but only 15 mins to mountains or ocean.

What makes this property unique

This 1908 Character home is renovated into an open concept living space. Mountain (and City) Views from the 2 back decks with lots of old trees.
