Checkout by 11:00 AM - Turn off all lights, appliances and fireplace - Lock up all windows, balcony and front door - Put all dirty dishes in the kitchen sink - Make sure faucets are turned off
- Put used towels in the tub - Make sure you did not leave any personal belongings - Do NOT leave any garbage outside the unit - Place trash in their designated bins
- Return Keyfob (lost/stolen keyfob is subject to $100 replacement fee)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
• Please maintain the safety and cleanliness of the space • Respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum • No parties or events allowed
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM - No unauthorized guests - Do NOT leave trash outside the unit ($250 bldg fine will be the guest’s responsibility)
- Do not tamper with the outdoor security camera - Notify the host immediately of any broken items or damages - Return keyfob at checkout

This place is in a very central location, which is great for getting around the city. The place is really, really nice and cozy and very clean. The hosts were great at communicating and the instructions are very clear, which I really appreciated! I will definitely book again.
