Welcome to your private bachelor suite in Aurora, just west of Yonge & Wellington. This cozy half-basement unit has its own side entrance, ensuite bathroom, mini fridge, WiFi, and a dedicated parking spot. Only 5 mins to Aurora GO Station with direct trains to Toronto and 7 mins to Hwy 404. Close to shops, cafés, and parks. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or business guests seeking comfort and privacy.
This is a semi-detached house. The host and her family live on the main floor, which is a private area.
The basement level is divided into two separate units (Room A and Room B) and feature a convenient separate entrance for your privacy.
You are booking Room A, a private bachelor-style suite. The suite has a standard basement ceiling height of 2.1 meters (6'10"). While it is comfortable for most, it may feel a bit low for exceptionally tall guests.
The space is thoughtfully furnished with one double bed, two vintage-style sofas, a small dining table with two chairs, and an independent clothing rack.
For your convenience, the room includes a microwave, a coffee machine with complimentary coffee capsules, and a mini fridge.
The fridge is stocked with cream and sugar for coffee use.
