Welcome to Harper's @ Shelly Beach. A brand new coastal villa, great location close to town and a short walk to Shelly Beach and Sea Acres Rainforest Boardwalk. This modern, ground level villa is clean, peaceful, light and fresh, with a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living with large sliding glass doors that open onto an alfresco area & courtyard garden where you'll enjoy brunch or laze about on a sun lounge. There’s also an outdoor shower to use when returning from the beach.
Great location close to town, 14 minute drive to Port Macquarie airport and a 13 min walk to Shelly Beach, this modern Hamptons inspired coastal villa is the place to relax and unwind. This ground-level villa has it's own private entrance so you can come and go as you please.
THE SPACE Brand new, constructed in 2025. 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, plenty of storage. Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed, Bedroom 2 has two beds - a king single bed and single bed. All beds are made up with fresh linen. There's a split system air-conditioner, ceiling fans, block-out blinds and curtains throughout.
There's a fully equipped kitchen with oven, electric cooktop and microwave where you can whip up a lovely family meal. The full size fridge and step-in pantry is very spacious if you wish to book a longer stay and the dishwasher makes clean up a breeze.
A Nespresso coffee pod machine complete with milk frother is available for your compulsory morning coffee. Toaster and kettle too. Coffee pods, Tea, Milk and Sugar is provided.
The indoor dining area seats 4 adults spaciously and there's 2 seats at the breakfast bar for additional seating.
The bathroom and laundry is combined but very spacious. With a rain head shower, vanity and toilet on one side and the laundry on the other. Clean towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash is supplied, as is a hairdryer and beach towels to take to the beach.
The laundry area blends into the bathroom and has been tastefully designed. There's a washing machine, dryer, sink and benchtop area with a hanging area for wet clothing. Laundry liquid, pegs & washing basket supplied.
There's an ironing board and iron and an outdoor clothes line out the back if required.
The dining and lounge area is open-plan with large glass doors that open out to an undercover alfresco area with an electric BBQ for guests to use. The outdoor seating area seats 4 adults with 2 sunlounges in the courtyard garden to relax anytime day or night.
55 inch Smart TV with access to Netflix, Stan and more with Free fast speed Wifi.
For the beach lovers there's an outdoor shower with hot water for when returning from the beach.
There's everything you need here for a relaxing stay.
PORT MACQUARIE TOWN CENTRE 8 minute drive to town with lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping centres.
With many award winning, local restaurants and cafe's to enjoy during your stay, you are spoilt for choice.

PARKING Driveway space for one vehicle only - Max size no bigger than a Landcruiser Prado. If your vehicle is larger, please park on the street. There's ample on-street parking for those larger 4WD vehicles, RAM, Chevy's and trailers.
WIFI & STREAMING SERVICES 55 inch Smart TV with Free Fast WIFI and access to streaming services, Netflix, Stan etc. ***Please bring your own log-in details***
LINEN Clean Linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided. All beds are made up with fresh linen for your convenience.
