Kindly take all personal belongings, as any items left behind will be disposed of. Please do not take items that belongs to the apartment. Missed items will be charged on your side to replace them.

Be caution of fire safety. Triggering the fire alarm or causing a fire will result in severe consequences accompanied by substantial fines
No smoking anywhere in the building, including balcony. Violators will be charged over $850 to clear smell. Fee applies even if the odour is faint.
