The suite includes a full kitchen, queen bed, sofa bed, fast WiFi, and private in-suite laundry. Quiet, comfortable, and well set up for both short and longer stays. Message anytime with questions.

The space
Private basement suite on a quiet residential street with its own separate entrance. Just a 30-second walk to the bus stop, and about 5 minutes on foot to a grocery store and local restaurants. The space is self-contained, comfortable, and ideal for guests who want an easy, low-stress stay with good transit access.

Guest access
Guests enter through the gate at the back of the property and access the suite via a private entrance on the left. The suite is fully separate and located on the lower level of the home.

Place was clean and well maintained. Pictures didn't exactly match but I assume its because there is another suite rented out next to this one and the pictures are combined because they are quite similar. Only minor issue is that it said there was air conditioning but I the thermostat only had heat options and couldn't find any controls for AC.

The property is in Renfrew Heights, which I like because it’s quiet, safe, and still very central. It’s a residential area, so you get a more local feel compared to downtown, but you’re still close to everything.

There’s quick access to transit and major routes, making it easy to get to downtown, Burnaby, or other parts of the city. I also like that there are parks, schools, and everyday amenities nearby, so it feels convenient without being busy or noisy.
