We purchased this property with family vacations in mind! My wife and her family vacationed and grew up in Coronado and we wanted our three little boys to have the same amazing beach vacation experiences as we did growing up. The home has been completely remodeled and everything is brand new! From the floors to ceiling everything has been completely re-done.
Why they chose this property
This property is located in the prestigious El Encanto building of the Coronado Shores. You can walk a block down the street to the world famous Hotel Del and or grab a drink or dinner at some of the best restaurants and bars that Coronado and San Diego have to offer. All within walking distance or a short uber/taxi ride across the bridge to the Gaslamp area of downtown San Diego.
