One guest bedroom includes a twin bed that converts into a king-size bed, while the third bedroom features a twin bed with an additional twin pull-out trundle, making this home ideal for families, guests, or seasonal stays.
The second bathroom includes a full tub.
Rent includes water, trash service, and fast WiFi internet. Tenant only pays the electric bill. Residents also enjoy access to the community association pool.
Ideally located close to beautiful beaches, shopping plazas, UTC Mall, downtown, the airport, restaurants, and nightlife.
3 month minimum rental
