Sylvan Lake Retreat – A/C • Family-Ready • 7-Min Walk to Beach

Experience the perfect blend of coastal fun and modern comfort. Located just a 7-minute stroll from the lake, our home is an ideal sanctuary for families and groups looking to relax. Guests can enjoy quick lake access via a nearby local footbridge that crosses the tracks (please use discretion when crossing). Prefer to drive? You’re only 6 minutes to the main beach front!

Stay cool all summer long with our newly installed Heat Pump (A/C) and enjoy long evenings on the deck with the propane BBQ.

This family-friendly retreat offers modern comforts, spacious living, and everything you need for a relaxing lakeside getaway.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire upper level of the home, including the fully equipped modern kitchen and laundry facilities.

Privacy Note: There is a separate legal basement suite with its own private entrance occupied by quiet, long-term tenants. They have their own space and do not share any indoor or outdoor areas with you.

We had a glitch with code to get in… but that was resolved within 10 minutes. Quiet neighborhood location with a short drive to beach. We were pleased to have AC in the house. Unfortunately I had planned on Bbq for our dinners and quickly realized that there was not a Bbq at this rental. Overall we were pleased with our accommodations!
