This home offers flexible and comfortable sleeping arrangements across both levels. The lower level features a private king suite with direct deck access to the hot tub, a TV, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. On the opposite side of the home, you’ll find three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, including another king bedroom with a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work. Two queen bedrooms are also located on this level, one with a TV for added comfort.

Upstairs is a fun and flexible space perfect for kids or additional guests, featuring a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a queen bed, and a TV for entertainment and relaxation.

Step outside to the expansive deck and unwind in your private hot tub surrounded by peaceful forest views. The garage is set up for fun with a ping pong table, giant Connect 4, bicycles for exploring Sunriver’s famous paved path system, and a popcorn maker (please note: popcorn is not included).

Guests will also enjoy 10 SHARC passes, giving access to Sunriver’s popular aquatic and recreation center featuring pools, water slides, a lazy river, and more, perfect for summer fun.

Ideally located in Sunriver, you’re just a short bike ride or drive to Sunriver Village, where you’ll find Deschutes Brewery, Goody’s, shopping, dining, and family-friendly activities. With miles of scenic bike paths throughout the community, getting around Sunriver is easy and enjoyable.
