Welcome to your relaxed Broulee beach escape — a bright and spacious upstairs coastal home designed for easy family holidays and laid-back South Coast living.



Just a short walk from Broulee Beach, the home offers 3 bedrooms, a generous open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a large main bathroom, Wi-Fi, split-system air conditioning, and an indoor fireplace for cooler evenings.



The living area opens onto a large covered balcony with BBQ and outdoor dining, making it a great spot to enjoy morning coffee, relaxed meals or afternoon drinks after a day at the beach.

Please note: the main accommodation is located upstairs. Guests enter through the downstairs entrance and have access only to the downstairs laundry. No other downstairs areas are included.

Guests will have access to the entire upper level of the home, including all bedrooms, the living room, dining room, kitchen, and balcony. In addition, guests can use the downstairs laundry and entrance area, as well as the entire backyard.
