The management team was very easy to communicate with. The few “hiccups” we had were addressed immediately. It’s a lovely property and the house met our needs nicely. It’s nearby to a lot of shops and restaurants. The kitchen is not fully stocked but contained what we needed for our stay.I would recommend this charming property.

I was excited to book this location for my husband’s birthday luncheon; however, there were several things that were disappointing during our stay.I found dead bugs in the corner near the front door, and there were spiders and cobwebs on the ceiling.I had to wipe down the white leather couch because there were visible dirt marks on it.The smoke detector in one of the rooms was missing its cover.I had to clean the oven before I could use it, as it appeared it had not been cleaned in quite some time.There were water marks on the ceiling above the dining room window, and the windowsills were stained and dirty.When we checked in on Friday evening, we noticed that the AC was not on and the house was very hot. I called the host, and she explained that they had forgotten to turn it back on after cleaning in preparation for our stay. She advised me to adjust the thermostat, but that did not resolve the issue. I called again on Saturday morning to let her know that we still did not have AC and that I had guests arriving later that day. She sent her husband to check it, and although we could hear the unit running loudly after he left, the house did not actually cool down until very late Saturday night.The yard space and parking area were also much smaller than the pictures suggested.Overall, this was disappointing, especially since I booked the property for a special occasion and expected it to be clean, comfortable, and accurately represented.
