Our apartment is located in Sumida City, Tokyo, with convenient access to many of Tokyo's most popular destinations. Keisei Hikifune Station is just a 9-minute walk away, making it an excellent base for both sightseeing and business trips.

The entire apartment is reserved exclusively for your group. You will not share the space with other guests or the host, allowing you to enjoy a private and relaxing stay at your own pace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, air conditioner, hair dryer, as well as cooking utensils, tableware, and cutlery. Whether you'd like to dine out or prepare your own meals, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

All facilities and amenities in the apartment are available for your use. With everything you need for daily living, the apartment is also well suited for longer stays.

The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face towels, and bath towels, so you can relax and unwind after a day of exploring Tokyo.

Please note that our property does not have a front desk.

Important Information
Due to the building's plumbing system, using multiple drains at the same time (such as the shower and washing machine) may cause temporary water backflow. We kindly ask that you use them at different times.

Housekeeping and towel replacement are not provided during your stay. Please use the in-room washing machine or a nearby coin laundry if needed.

If you would like additional cleaning or towel replacement, we may be able to arrange it for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance.
