*The community pool and hot tubs are managed by Mt. Bachelor Village HOA and not Meredith Lodging. The HOA and not Meredith Lodging control opening times, closing times, and availability- Pool subject to Open Memorial Day weekend- close Labor Day weekend.

Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

*Passes for the Mt. Bachelor Village Resort Pool and Hot Tub area are provided in the home. Guests are advised that passes are subject to a meticulous inventory count prior to check-in and immediately after check-out. Any discrepancy in the number of passes or the absence of any passes during the post-stay inventory will result in a charge of $100.00 per missing pass. This charge will be automatically applied to the payment method on file.
