Summary:
Nestled amongst native bushland, this spacious retreat offers a sophisticated yet relaxed South West escape. Mornings begin with coffee on the elevated deck to a chorus of birdsong, afternoons drift by over long lunches outdoors, and evenings invite you to gather around the fire pit or curl up beside the fireplace with a glass of local wine. With Dunsborough, Yallingup, and renowned wineries all within easy reach, it's the perfect base for laid-back coastal adventures and countryside stays.
The Space:
Designed to embrace its natural surroundings, the home captures the slow rhythm of the South West through warm, refined interiors and effortless indoor-outdoor living. The main living area is made for gathering, with oversized lounges and sweeping treetop views that open onto the wraparound deck. A wood fireplace adds warmth through cooler months, while split-system air conditioning keeps the upstairs living area comfortable in summer. Downstairs, a second living area with books, toys, and relaxed seating offers a quiet retreat for children.
The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with an espresso machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge, and generous bench seating for casual meals and conversation while cooking. Nearby, the dining table sits beside wide windows and easy deck access, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Outside, the covered deck features lounge seating, bar seating, and a gas BBQ, all positioned to take in the elevated bushland views. Below, the backyard fire pit creates a cosy spot to gather beneath the stars.
Bedrooms are thoughtfully separated across two levels, all with fans and heaters for guest comfort. The upstairs primary bedroom feels calm and secluded, featuring a king bed, a walk-in wardrobe, an ensuite, and direct deck access. All remaining bedrooms are located downstairs. The second bedroom can be configured as a king bed or two king singles upon request, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is fitted with two single bunk beds in a bright and functional layout. A central family bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub makes it easy to unwind after long days.
A full laundry with washer, dryer and outdoor access to an undercover clothesline adds convenience for longer stays, while secure garage and driveway parking for up to three vehicles makes exploring Dunsborough, Yallingup and the wider Margaret River region simple by car. Please note that split-system air conditioning is available in the upstairs living area only.
