Bare minimum cottage suitable for two people. High speed wifi, smart tv, queen air mattress and free parking. Monthly rental only. Linen provided. Clothes line off the deck. This is simplicity ultra.
The cottage is so close to the ocean that the well is salt water and guests shower with warm salt water. A true spa experience. A 18 liter jug with drinking water is provided, which can be refilled for $2 in the valley.
The cooking stove and oven are propane, the large fridge with freezer is electric. The cottage has a total of 3 rooms: bathroom , kitchen with dining area and bedroom / living room. The furniture is minimal, wide wooden planks, no rugs and frills. Please note the upstairs is not available for rent and there is a neighbouring cottage nearby so noise should be kept to a minimum.
The big deck wraps around 3 sides of the cottage and teak furniture are on the deck for seating.

Why they chose this property
This little fishing village is one of the few remaining fishing harbours in Nova scotia. They fish for lobster, halibut and scallops.
What makes this property unique
This cabin was one of the first houses ever built in Harbourville. It was first on the west side and then relocated to the east side of the harbour. The village doctor lived in it over 100 years ago.
