Read this review before booking, so that you can make an informed decision. The apartment is similar (eg similar furnishings) - but not the same as the apartment listed in the images. The pros: modern furnishings, a lovely elevated cityscape at night, and cookware. The cons: There are no lights on the living room ceiling. There is no hot water (lukewarm at best). There was no wifi connection despite this being advertised in the listing. The router was not connected and was unable to be connected. There was a QR code on the back of the door to connect to the wifi network, but no such network could be found. The property is managed by multiple property groups including: Expedia, Hostaway (Spain), VRBO (USA), Be My Guest and the owner themselves - the complexities around multi-management made it very difficult due to the delays with different time zones and no clear communication channel. The host did not respond - not even once - to multiple requests for help, neither via the in-app messaging system on Expedia or their e-mail provided. We could not recommend this property until there is a wifi connection, the property images are accurately reflected on the listing, and a direct and responsive line of communication has been established for future guests.
