Enjoy the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe in this inviting family home. After a long day of skiing, you can unwind in this peaceful neighborhood. The comfortably furnished living room has a 55 TV, Dvd player, and a wood burning fireplace. You will appreciate soaking under the stars in the new private hot tub! This home is located minutes away from the ski resorts and casinos and within close proximity to area beaches. VR Permit# 333516

We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO Party policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM per ordinance.

This was the perfect place for me, my mom and kids to spend the weekend in South Lake Tahoe with our dogs. It is a nice neighborhood with plenty of dog walking options nearby. Even some hiking trails just a short walk out the front door. It is close to everything that you would want to do in South Lake - beaches, restaurants, etc. It was easy to find and easy to get in. It has a great fenced in backyard and a hot tub. What more could you ask for?
