Bring the whole family and the pup to this brand new build in the heart of Pensacola. This home is centrally located to everything In Pensacola including the airport, hospitals, mall, restaurants, and downtown. It is only a 25 minute drive to the white sands of Pensacola Beach.



Built in 2026, this custom built home is filled with modern touches throughout. The kitchen features all high end stainless steel appliances including a gas range. Gorgeous quartz counters, tile backsplash, custom cabinets, and huge kitchen island make this kitchen a chef's dream. The kitchen overlooks the open living room and dining area. The split floor plan is great for families. The luxurious primary suite is on the backside of the home with access to the back patio. The primary bath is dreamy with a large soaking tub, walk-in tile shower, and a double vanity. On the front side of the home are two more queen bedrooms that share a hallway full bathroom. There is an open fourth bedroom as well that can be used for a play area for kids, nursery, storage, etc. The home can comfortably sleep 6.



Outside you'll love the large private yard with plenty of green grass for the kids and pets to play. There is outdoor dining in the covered back patio. The yard is completely private with a full privacy fence. The front porch is perfect for morning coffee or evening chats. There is a double driveway and two car garage available for parking.



Dogs will be considered with approval. We reserve the right to restrict size and/or quantities of pets. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee for each pet. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made.

- Management must be notified of any pet(s) prior to your stay. A $100 non-refundable pet fee (per pet) will be added on after reservations are made. If management is not notified and evidence of a pet(s) is found in or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refunds of rent or deposit.
