A short walk to town - grab morning coffee, shop boutique shops, or sip a margarita on the patio at happy hour. Take in a concert, stop for a picnic lunch by one of the fire pits, or walk along the river trail.

A few steps in the other direction, are several hiking & biking trails. Leave the car at home & enjoy!

Built in 2026, this brand new home will take your breath away. Perched on the ridge, with floor to ceiling windows are a looking glass to the majestic views of the ski resort and forest. Views from the 2 expansive decks, from the gourmet kitchen, living room, and luxurious primary bedroom.

The space is all yours!

Access the house with the garage keypad. The garage is available for one car. Two additional cars can park in the driveway. There is visitor parking close to the home that provides another space for parking.
To make this property affordable and reasonable for small groups there is an extra guest fee of $15 per person after 2 people.

A BBQ is provided at the house, however, please be aware that we do not refill propane. We will reimburse you if you need to fill the propane. If you will arrive late, local stores may be closed or if it`s a holiday may run out of propane so it is advised to bring your own propane tank. if you plan to use the BBQ on the day of arrival.

Age minimum is 25 (families with kids welcome).

For 28+ night stays, please inquire first (not instant book); the following deposits apply:
- Refundable damage deposit is $100
- Refundable cleaning deposit is $350
- the cleaning fee is $290. The difference between this fee and the initial cleaning fee paid upon booking will be collected along with the deposits before check-in.

Immediately after booking you will receive our short rental agreement to review and accept.

For your convenience in cleaning up any messes or spills we provide handiwipes and bar rags as an eco-friendly alternative to paper towels. We also provide Swedish dish cloths instead of sponges. There is a sign in the house explaining the benefits, however if you prefer paper towels or sponges during your stay feel free to bring them. We want to prepare you the best we can for an exceptional stay with us.
