Cosy and affordable 1 Bedroom

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You`ll love the stylish decor of this charming place to stay which is newly build.
Nice quite dead end street with proper free parking spaces, only 5min away from Town centre
Lakeview and town view from beautiful walkway ,just 50m away

Bedroom is downstair with separate toilet and bathroom which is shared with other guests.

Kitchenette, dining table and sitting arrangements also for guests to enjoy drinks or coffee.

Entry is shared

Please message or phone if need any help during stay

Bath tub is not in use for hygiene reason as the bathroom is in sharing with other guests.

For adding third guest and infants please enquire first.

Entry is shared , you may see us going in and out.

As we live upstairs with our two kids , you might hear odd walking noise (only little bit sometimes)

$20 Extra for using Washing machine and Dryer for onetime

Air fryer , toaster, sandwich press, electric water kettle and microwave is there for use
Shoes off (please keep the shoes in the garage by entrance)

Washing Machine and dryer are available to use on request , additional charges of $15 will apply for one time use of both

The room was beautiful and quite large size and everything was new however there is no hook to hang your clothes as they lock the wardrobe. It has small heater and 1 thin duvet which is not enough to warm the room during winter. I have to move out after 1 hour check in as it’s very cold and don’t think I would able to sleep. On top of that the owner lives upstairs and you could literally hear lots of noise and sounds like someone dragging luggage backwards and forwards. And you could hear next door coughing as the wall is very thin. The check in is 6pm and check out 10am. Luckily only book for 1 night but didn’t really use as have to leave at night because very cold.
