Designed by Daryl Jackson Robin Dyke, one of Australia's leading architectural firms, this free-standing villa offers elevated Whitsunday views, a private pool, and an idyllic location at the northern end of Hamilton Island. Guests also enjoy access to the Peninsula complex's shared 25m lap pool. A recent renovation has transformed this villa into a truly luxurious and high-end island escape.
Outdoor area. Watch the sunset on your vast, covered entertaining terrace which features outdoor dining for eight people, a built-in BBQ, and spectacular views of Fitzalan Passage.
Location. Conveniently located on the exclusive northern end of the island, you're a short buggy ride from all of the island's key attractions.
Room to move. There are three spacious bedrooms, each with direct access to the villa's private pool, as well as two and a half bathrooms. Both the master ensuite and second bathroom feature spa baths. There is a sofa bed located in the downstairs living/cinema room, which can potentially be used as a fourth bedroom.
Luxury interiors. Everything about this villa has been thoughtfully considered and designed for absolute comfort. It includes a bespoke, high-end kitchen, original artworks, timber floorboards, fully zoned air-conditioning, ceiling fans, custom-made furniture and appliances, and a generous laundry with commercial appliances.
Kitchen. A brand new, fully-equipped modern kitchen makes self-catering a breeze. The kitchen is also designed to take in the spectacular view of the Whitunday Island and Fitzalan Passage.
Private pool. Enjoy your own private pool, as well as access to the Peninsula complex's shared 25m lap pool.
Buggy. A new, custom 2025 EZGO buggy is available for your exclusive use during your stay. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.
Kids Stay and Eat Free For your entire stay, children up to 12 years can eat free in participating restaurants when dining with their parents and choosing from the kids’ menu.
Complimentary non-motorised watersports Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment
Smoking. Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.

Where and how to collect your buggy A 4-seater buggy is included with every Hamilton Island Holiday Home.
You can collect your buggy at the airport on arrival. You will be given an overview of the rules and regulations, and demonstration of the relevant safety issues. A condition report will also be performed. You will then need to sign a registration form and provide a credit card for security (with a nominal charge of $1) before you get the key. All buggies require drivers to have a current full driver’s licence. Don’t forget to ask about insurance options. Passengers four years of age and under are required to be restrained in an approved child seat or capsule, extra charge applies. As a guest of this property of Hamilton Island Holiday Homes, you will be met at the Airport on arrival, with assistance provided to collect your buggy at the airport and delivery of your luggage. If you are arriving prior to 2pm, we suggest packing a change of clothes/bathers in your hand luggage so that you can start your holiday straight away.
