There is also a public park called called "Hill Wheatley" which is a 7 minute drive away which boasts a small sand beach ideal for swimming and children.This is also a great place to launch your boat. Elegant furniture with modern touches make the living room a great place to stretch out and relax. Enjoy your favorite TV shows (on basic cable) or movies on the 55" flat screen TV. Located in Hamilton Harbors, the complex comes with a swimming pool (open Memorial Day through October 1) and tennis court. Washer and Dryer included with laundry detergent on hand. We purchased this condo in July 2020 to use for our family and rent out most of the time when we are not using it.
