It was one of the best homes I have rented. Everything was explained in detail, nice furnishings and decor. I especially liked the parking without any steps, really good for my sister that has trouble with steps or stairs. Location was convenient for dining and entertainment.

Great location and very clean with a full stocked kitchen to those who want to cook a few meals while on vacation. Kay went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a great one. If we are ever back in Hot Springs we will definitely stay here again!

Comfort for the whole family

The property was beautiful and decorated perfect. We had a very relaxing and enough space for our family. We enjoyed the pool, tub, and balcony. Every night, we played board games in the spacious living room. Kay was very responsive to questions during our stay!

My sweet husband is retired and enjoys golf and more golf and is a voracious reader. My career in real estate keeps me hopping all the time....once people visit here...many of them decide to explore the idea of moving here....

Why they chose this property

I bought this property for several reasons: Love the quality of the construction, but also the location is superb. One block of Central Avenue, which is the main artery North and South thru Hot Springs. This condo development is a waterfront development on Lake Hamilton. Although this condo does not sit right on the water....it has AN AMAZING EAGLE EYE VIEWS OF LAKE HAMILTON and mountains. It is a walk in level, meaning absolutely not even one step.....yet....when you walk out the French doors onto the balcony...you are up about 20 feet in the air because of the topography of the land. So, it is very private. The deck is fabulous...totally covered so you could even enjoy it if there is a soft shower of rain. I just love this condo, in fact we chose to live in it for over a year while we built our new home.
