Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear your stay didn't meet expectations. We take cleanliness seriously and want every guest to feel comfortable in the home. The kitchen and living area don't have A/C, which is part of the property's setup, and we understand that can be uncomfortable for some guests. Exterior cameras are in place at the property for security purposes, as is common with many rentals, and are not intended to affect anyone's privacy inside the home. We appreciate all feedback as it helps us continue improving the experience for future guests.

My family and I traveled to Rochester to visit my brother, nieces and nephews. We needed a house big enough to accomodate a family of 5 and our small dog, Teddy. We found this listing and it was perfect for our needs. The rental process and check in were easy. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which is important for me since I have back issues. Throughout the whole process the contact, Samuel, was great, very helpful. And the neighborhood was quiet, clean and family oriented. We met some really friendly people on our walks to and from Lake Ontario. So, thank you for a lovely stay! Definitely recommended.
