The common space (LR/DR/Kit) was quite spacious and comfortable. The house is well equipped including a gas grill. The location is wonderful for trail walks along the bluff very close by. The 4th bedroom is a spacious converted garage with additional beds in a loft accessed by a ladder. The "office area" is usable as a small 5th bedroom and is open to the living room downstairs. It's a house we'll rent again.

Our 4th time staying in Sea Ranch, so already we love it there, but Holiday House was easily the best home we’ve stayed in. Two forty-somethings, a septuagenerian, and a 5th grader all had spaces to retreat to for rest & privacy, but also a nice cozy area to play board games & watch movies. Pet friendly, excellent stove, clean and convenient to the main road as well as the beaches by foot. Will definitely try to book again in the future.

Great place for multiple families. This was our 2nd time staying at the place and plenty of room to spread out. Location was perfect. My kids particularly enjoyed the hotter. Would definitely come back

Great house in Sea Ranch! Easy communication with the host!I was slightly confused by the layout before arriving. It’s set up like this (as of June 2026):1) upstairs bedroom with king2) downstairs bedroom with queen3) downstairs bedroom with queen4) downstairs bedroom behind the kitchen with a queen bed and a loft with 3 small beds (loft gets hot and is 3ft tall to ceiling— good for kids perhaps!)5) loft area that’s above/open to downstairs living room with twin and twin trundle (off of upstairs bathroom)

Wonderful weekend getaway

We loved our stay at the Holiday House. It was incredibly peaceful and fun for our group of 9. We found the kitchen to be well stocked for making meals at home.

Perfect for a group weekend getaway

Our group was there for a celebratory weekend. The rooms and house were spacious and well appointed. It was what we expected from the pictures and had all the amenities as described.

Great location

Awesome location, very spacious home to accommodate two families. For the price of the stay, we would’ve expected basic shampoo etc in the showers and beach towels/gear, etc. however it was a good stay overall.

I hear you on the shampoo. However we’ve found as owners 1) no one really ever likes those products and 2) the waist created by the small packaging is incredibly high and in an environmentally conscious area like Sea Ranch it is frowned upon. We do give warning of this in our description though it is missed from time to time. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

Great location at Sea Ranch. Big house, easy access, and painless check in/out. Great hot tub and grill. Nice place for a weekend! Stayed here two years in a row, and no doubt will be doing so again next year hopefully. Thank you Erin!

Great Place to Stay

The house was exactly how it looks in the photos and then some. It was very comfy, cozy, and relaxing. My family and friends had a great time and the property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. I would highly recommend!
