10/10 best short term rental I’ve ever stayed in

I’ve stayed in a ton of short term rentals and this one checked literally every box. Well stocked, clean, well priced, insane location, and anything else you could think of. The only trade off is the parking but you’ll get over it in about 2 seconds after stepping into the place. No reason to stay anywhere else in Livingston

Thank you for your awesome review and experience of the space. It’s truly a pleasure to have guests stay and really enjoy their time in the flat. Spot on about parking. By the front door in the flat sits a photo (16x14”) of Livingston bird eye view to explain where exactly is downtown parking which is free but on a 2 hour limit parking. In our rental description online it says public parking is limitless at the park less than a block to the West on Park street. But yes there are more spots on the neighborhood streets. Our experience with guests is that most are out on their adventure or visits before 11 am and once they are back they park after 3 pm and if parked downtown their car can stay put till about just before 11 am the next day to occupy the 9 am-11 am 2 hour parking limit. If their day stay is in town they would need to find a limitless spot a block away after 11 am.

This place is so unique and amazing! The location can’t be beat, and the outdoor patio is such a wonderful addition. If you enjoy beer, you will not be disappointed in staying right above a brewery! The apartment is fully stocked with any appliance you could need, and the outdoor projector is perfect for enjoying a movie out on the patio on a nice night. If we’re ever back in Livingston, we will definitely stay here again!

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad you loved the location, the outdoor patio with grand mountain views and the projector for movie nights. It sounds like the brewery downstairs and the fully stocked apartment made for a great stay. We're thrilled you had such a memorable time in Livingston! Hope you visit again!

This apartment is located on the second floor above some businesses and restaurants, and is very nicely furnished. The kitchen is great and has all what you would need if you were cooking meals. The living room was relaxing, and there is a rooftop terrace. Unfortunately during the stay, the temperature was 100 degrees and was too hot to enjoy the outdoor space. Apartment is located within the downtown area of Livingston, and easy walking distance to multiple businesses and restaurants. Parking can be a bit of a challenge since there is not a dedicated parking space for the apartment. However, we did not have any issues with parking during our stay. If we were to visit Livingston again, we certainly would consider this place again. Thank you!

Thank you for your great review. Through the eyes of our guests we feel expanded and appreciated. We were a vacation rental from 2015 through June 2020 and we missed being hospitable to travelers to our great little town. Reading reviews like yours shows we did the right move to open up again. Thank you for staying!
