CHALET DE L'OURS with a spa, terrace, and nearby ski slopes

Stay in this tastefully renovated traditional chalet in the La Clusaz ski area.<br>It is rated 4 stars.<br><br>It is located in a very quiet area, overlooking the river, with a panoramic view of the mountains and right next to the ski slopes.<br>The Chalet de l’Ours is 140 m² and can comfortably accommodate 7 people in 4 bedrooms.<br>It features a large, sunny terrace and a spacious, exclusive relaxation area with a sauna, jacuzzi, and breathtaking views of the mountains.<br><br>During your stay in this chalet, you’ll be just a few minutes from the resort centre.<br>It’s located in the Aravis Valley, at the foot of the Envers green run, 300 metres from the Étale Telemix, and 2 km from the village centre (shuttle bus stop 10 metres away).<br>The chalet has three levels.<br><br>The main level consists of:<br>- A beautiful entryway with storage,<br>- A very comfortable living room with a fireplace, TV, and direct access to the 80 m² teak-decked terrace. <br>- A dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, double oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, toaster, kettle, coffee makers, etc.). <br>- A bathroom with a shower and separate toilet.<br><br>All rooms offer a beautiful view of the mountains.<br><br>The upper level consists of: <br>- A beautiful master bedroom with a 160x200 bed, built-in storage, a plasma TV, and a private balcony overlooking the mountains.<br><br>The lower level consists of:<br>Three bedrooms with storage, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a laundry room.<br><br>- The Chamois bedroom with a 140x200 double bed<br>- The Marmottes bedroom with 3 90x200 single beds, or 1 180x200 double bed<br>- The Elan bedroom with a 90x200 single bed<br>- The laundry room with a washer-dryer.<br><br>A heated, fully equipped ski room with storage and a boot dryer. <br><br>In front of the chalet, you’ll have 3 private parking spaces.<br><br> Upon arrival:<br>The beds will be made (hotel-quality bedding). Towels are also provided.<br><br>The chalet features free internet/Wi-Fi, satellite TV and digital terrestrial TV (TNT), a wireless Bose speaker, and free firewood for the fireplace.<br><br>A fondue set, a raclette set, and board games are available.<br><br>The spa is available for a 2.5-hour session per day, which must be scheduled in advance.<br>End-of-stay cleaning is included (excluding trash and dishes). Mid-stay cleaning is available as an option.<br><br>The chalet can be rented for short stays, outside of school breaks, for a minimum of 4 nights. <br>The rate is a flat fee of 600€/day, including spa access and cleaning. <br><br>Meal delivery to the chalet, including bread and pastries, is available upon request and for an additional fee.<br><br>NON-SMOKING chalet.<br><br>IMPORTANT: A bank authorisation for €2,500 will be required 15 days before your arrival at the chalet. This security deposit is mandatory. <br><br>Tall guests (over 1.90 m): Please note that the chalet is an older building and therefore does not have 3-meter-high ceilings.
