The Space
Villa Tujuh features a beautifully designed, large open-plan living and dining area. It is equipped with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a 75-inch Samsung Smart TV with a soundbar for your entertainment, and a dining table that seats six.
The fully equipped western kitchen includes everything you need, from a 5-burner gas stove and oven to premium Nescafe and Saeco automatic coffee machines.
The indoor living space seamlessly flows out to the pool area, where you’ll find a covered Sala pavilion with sun loungers—the perfect spot to soak up the sun or enjoy the ocean breeze.

The Bedrooms
The villa boasts three expansive, beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring modern décor, sheer and blackout curtains, and 55-inch Samsung TVs for private relaxation:
Bedroom 1 (Master): Features a plush King-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a digital safe, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a bathtub and dual washbasins
Bedroom 2: Features a King-size bed, ample wardrobe space, and a sleek en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: A highly flexible space featuring two King-size beds and a private en-suite bathroom, perfect for additional guests or family members.

Rental Rates Include:
• Unlimited water usage
• Fair electricity usage 50 units/day
• Full time staff on-site (maid service & private chef)
• Daily Maid service, with bed linen changed twice weekly, towels as necessary
• Chef service for breakfast & lunch (guests pay cost of ingredients + a 20% of the grocery bill)
• Concierge support for activities, tours, and reservations
• Welcome and information pack with owner’s recommendations
• Baby cot & high chair available upon request
• Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the villa
• Digital Safe for important belongings

Rental Rates Exclude:
• Excess electricity charge at 7 THB/unit
• Private airport transfer (available upon request)
• Chef service for Dinner 1,000 THB/time (guests pay cost of ingredients + a 20% of the grocery bill)
• Extra person charge @ 59 USD/bed/night (available upon request)

Terms & Security Deposit:
• Terms & Conditions apply which will be sent to guest for signature
• As a standard security measure for the villa owner, a fully refundable cash security deposit of USD 500 is required upon arrival
• Any minor damages or breakages will be charged at replacement value and must be settled in full before departure. This will be handled by the General Manager if applicable
