This 2-story, 1,500 sqft, 3BR, 2.5 bath cabin sleeps 6 and features incredible mountain views, hot tub, Wifi, king beds, covered patio, fireplace, EV Charger and more...

There is parking for 2 vehicles right by the entrance to the cabin and additional overflow parking for 1 more vehicle in the yard, by the pickle ball building.

The communal yard offers a cozy, social-circle gathering area with seating and a fun-size indoor pickle ball court.

This is a nature lover's paradise. Bears visit almost every day and you can watch bald eagles glide through the valley, hawks, wood peckers and a variety of birds right from the deck. Other regular visitors include bobcats, coyotes and small critters like chipmunks, ground hogs and rabbits.
During the winter months, you get to enjoy the water-view of the river down below.

The Cabin:

ENTRY LEVEL:
The entry level of the cabin features a foyer with desk, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, laundry, seating on the front porch and access to the back staircase leading to the parking and grill area.

As you enter, there is a spacious open area with a writing desk and stairs going up to the next level.. The laundry closet is nearby for your convenience.

There are 2 bedrooms on this level, each featuring a king bed and HDTV.

Across the hall, you will find a luxurious full bathroom with a soaker tub and a tiled shower with dual shower heads.

Relax in one of the rockers on the front porch, or use the back door to gain access to the grill area with gas grill.

UPPER LEVEL:
The upper level features the living room, kitchen, dining, a guest bathroom (half bath), 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom and access to the covered patio with seating, hot tub and amazing mountain views.

The living room offers comfortable seating, a large-screen HDTV, gas fireplace and access to the deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

There is a guest bathroom just off the kitchen area.

The master suite bedroom on this level features a king bed, HDTV and a private full bathroom with tiled walk-in shower, big enough for 2...

Step out onto the covered patio, sit back in one of the rocking chairs or relax in the soothing hot tub while enjoying the most spectacular mountain views in The Smokies.

YARD:
Out in the yard, you will find a gas grill for a cook-out, an electric vehicle charger and just a few feet down the driveway, you can relax in the gathering area with plenty of Adirondack seating or enter the private game area with a pickle ball court and corn-hole game.
