Inside, the open-concept living area is filled with natural light and beautiful Gulf views. The living room offers comfortable seating, a TV for relaxing evenings, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The dining table seats six, while the breakfast bar provides seating for four more, giving everyone plenty of space to gather for meals, snacks, or planning the day's activities. The kitchen includes the essentials needed during your stay, including a Keurig, coffee maker, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. A washer and dryer are also available for added convenience.

The Tower building is located directly on the beach and features an outdoor pool and indoor pool exclusively on the beachfront side of the property. Additional separate amenities are located across the street and include another outdoor pool, tennis courts, a fishing pier, and a picnic area with charcoal grills. A traffic light at the pedestrian crosswalk ensures safe and easy movement between both sides of the property.
