Clean sheets, clean floors, some dirt around the old windows bc they are not actually shut. The railing upstairs is old and not suitable for toddlers. The AC unit cannot cool the master bedroom bc of the old windows. You can hear people and cars outside as if they are in room with you(mainly in master). Finally AC unit cools and the vents drip water onto bed bc of condensation. Light switches to pool don’t work and the final straw was sewage coming up the floors of downstairs shower and toilet (happened bc someone showering upstairs) . Coming out of the walls into hallway. They said they will refund me the two nights we didn’t stay so we shall see. If you want to sleep this isn’t the house. Sad bc it is such a cool old house! I’ve never reviewed a house poorly but I feel others need to know!

We sincerely apologize for the concerns you experienced with the air conditioning, windows, noise, pool lighting, and especially the plumbing issue. We understand how frustrating and disruptive these problems must have been, and they certainly do not reflect the experience we want our guests to have. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance team so they can thoroughly inspect and address each of these items. Guest safety is also very important to us, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns about the upstairs railing to our attention. We're sorry your stay was cut short and appreciate your patience as we work through the refund that was discussed.
