- Leave the used beds unmade. If you used the air mattress, leave it out with the sheets on the floor. - Fold, take down, & put on their rack any poolside umbrellas (so wind does not take/break them)
Put games away in their boxes and places Turn off all the lights, electric fireplaces, ceiling fans Make sure all gas spigots are off! Outdoor Fireplace, BBQ Lock and re-hang the bikes
Close and lock all the doors & windows Turn the backyard patio fan and light off If you brought a pet If you brought a pet - pick up all remnants and leave no trace in our yard - anywhere.

Outstanding experience in Palm Springs mid-century modern

I simply cannot wait to come back to stay here!! Such a wonderful experience, a remarkable stay (especially “The Sweet Spot”) and a truly engaged and caring host.

A perfect escape from winter!

We brought our family of 5 (kids ages 8-13) for a week of sun for our mid-February break. The house is spacious and has everything you might need. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub which were lovely and which heated very well after an initial tweak by the pool guy on our first day. The weather was low 70s so we were able to spend a lot of time outdoors. The outdoor ping pong table and BBQ were big hits. The beds and sheets were comfortable and there are great blackout shades in all of the bedrooms making sleeping very comfortable. We took a day trip to Joshua Tree which was an hour and a half away, and also spent some time in downtown Palm Springs which was about a ten minute drive away. We also booked a horseback riding adventure which was great fun and only about 15 minutes away. We did not bike but the owners had 4 bikes available had we wanted to. Deb the owner was immediately responsive to our needs and questions. We loved our experience here and hope to be back again!

Great getaway!

Very clean and easy check in/check out process. Pool and hot tub were a huge plus. Large yard and plenty of space.

Extremely responsive!

Property is beautiful. Well maintained. The issues that we did have were around the internet connectivity but the property manager and owner were able to handle this right away. Great response time and because of that I would give six stars if I could! Will be back. 💯

Great place!

This was a great property to stay. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a weekend getaway. Easy to access and close to downtown Palm Springs for dining out. High recommend.

Beautiful Palm Springs House!

My wife, two daughters (ages 12 and 9) and I had a wonderful stay at this house. It is beautiful both inside and out (believe it or not, it's even better in person than the pictures depict), the house was well-stocked, the owner is awesome and super responsive to requests/questions, and the location is very close to a grocery store (which definitely came in handy). Even though it was insanely hot in Palm Springs during our trip (120 degrees!), we had an amazing time out by the pool, playing ping-pong, and when necessary, we retreated back inside to the perfectly-cooled house. It was a wonderful stay, and I would highly-recommend anyone who's traveling to Palm Springs to check out this amazing house.

Debs home is beautiful and comfortable! You can tell the home is well cared for! She has everything there that you could need! We loved spending time in the pool and playing ping pong! Such a beautiful and relaxing home! It has a good vibe and is very serene! We would love to go back soon!
