The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout is 11:00 a.m. Please place all used towels in the bathtub before departure. No need to strip beds or remove linens.
Please remove all garbage from the cottage. All garbage must be securely bagged before being placed in the outdoor garbage bin. No loose garbage.
Keep recycling separate, ensure outdoor bin lids are fully closed, turn off lights and small appliances, and lock all doors and windows when leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking anywhere on the property, including inside Studio 5.5 Vaping outdoors only. No candles, fire pits, or open flames indoors or outdoors.
No pets permitted. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 cleaning fee plus any damage or remediation costs.
No parties, events, gatherings, or unregistered guests. Please respect neighbours and observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
