Excellent ! A great property. I would highly recommend it . The property is nicely equipped with everything you need including a bbq, washer & dryer and a well equipped kitchen. We found it to be very comfortable. It is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood surrounded by other small well kept houses. We enjoyed sitting outside in the morning with our coffee and listening to the doves coing in the trees.

Robert is the owner of Studio 5, and I’m Tanya, his co-host. Because Robert works out of province for much of the month, I take care of the day-to-day details and make sure our guests have everything they need. Together, we’ve discovered that we make a pretty great team, and it’s been especially rewarding to see how happy our guests have been. Teamwork really does make the dream work—in our case, it helps make Studio 5 a comfortable, welcoming place to stay.

Why they chose this property

We chose Port Dalhousie because we genuinely love the character of the neighbourhood. It’s a welcoming community where beautiful million-dollar homes sit alongside small cottages, and somehow it all works together. Studio 5 is tucked into that mix, which is part of what makes it feel so special.

There’s always something nearby to enjoy—the beach, Lakeside Park, the pier, the yacht club, the local Legion and the village itself. It’s simply a great place to walk around, relax and spend time.

We’re also excited about the future here. The front studio is scheduled to begin renovations this fall, and before long we hope to have two properties available for guests to enjoy in Port Dalhousie.

What makes this property unique

What makes Studio 5 unique is the level of care we put into cleanliness, comfort and the little details that make a stay feel easy. The studio is newly rebuilt and exceptionally clean, with brand-new appliances, radiant in-floor heating, a full bathtub and a fully stocked kitchen where guests can prepare a proper meal rather than relying on the bare minimum.

All bedding is professionally laundered, and both the sheets and duvet covers are changed between every guest. We want you to walk in and immediately feel that the space is fresh, spotless and prepared especially for your stay.

Outside, guests also have their own private courtyard-style sitting area with a grill—a quiet place to enjoy a morning coffee, have a drink, cook dinner or relax after exploring Port Dalhousie and the rest of Niagara.
