We have a cute 1-bedroom basement suite in a great area of town, available July 2nd for a long-term rental, at a monthly rate of $1595.
We are looking for a responsible, quiet tenant who will keep the suite clean and well cared for.
The suite includes:

It is close to downtown, but not too close, which avoids some of the negative sides of society. It is right beside the rail trail, a walk from pickleball and the Rec centre, and a walk away from the brewery district.
