Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped.Lots of places to eat within 10 minutes for breakfast and lunch.King Street Newtown and RPAH within walking distance.Host was very responsive, met us on arrival, as parking garage entrance was around the block. Host also available by phone any time, and so pleasant to deal with.Gym was a bonus that my son used, didn’t get a chance to use the pool.Easy walk to Parramatta Rd and Pyrmont Bridge Rd , buses so close.Secure building and quiet
