The Space:
Welcome to this superb, completely renovated apartment a stone's throw from the Champs-Élysées, on the famous Avenue Matignon! Located on the 4th floor with elevator, it is perfectly designed to accommodate up to four travelers.
The apartment includes:
• A living room: equipped with a double sofa bed (140x200 cm), a Smart TV, storage space and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
• A sleeping area: Queen size bed (160x200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, a ceiling fan and storage space.
• An open equipped kitchen: oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
• A bathroom: shower, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A laundry area: toilets, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

From Orly Airport (ORY)
Take the Orlyval to Antony, then board the RER B towards Charles de Gaulle Airport. Stop at Châtelet and switch to Metro Line 14 towards Saint-Lazare. Alight at Madeleine.
From Gare du Nord Train Station
Take Metro Line 4 towards Porte d'Orléans, change at Strasbourg Saint-Denis to Line 8 towards Balard, and exit at Madeleine.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.
Deposit Requirement
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

We (family of 4) stayed in this flat for 10 days in December and enjoyed our time there. While it is small, they have maximized the use of the space and everything is updated/refurbished. There were also the basic amenities one needs for a comfortable stay.
The location of this flat was amazing! Within 10 minutes walking distance of Champs Elysee, Arc de Triomphe, less than 5 minutes walk from the metro, etc.
The booking agents were very responsive and great to work with, before during and after our stay.
Overall we enjoyed our stay in Paris and in this flat.

Our family of four, including two teenagers, spent four nights here. The apartment, building, and location were great. One block from the metro, two blocks from shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere from here. The kitchen was well equipped, bathroom was clean and spacious, bed and sofa bed were comfortable, washer and dryer worked great.
The only negatives were that the check in process wasn't super smooth and the apartment could use a little freshening up. At check in, you need to get What's App to communicate - and the 'buzzer' they refer to is the plastic key fob on the key ring. Once we got that all figured out, it was easy to get in. The apartment could use some paint touch ups, fix the broken closet doors, but generally, it is a very nice, neat apartment.
Keep in mind this apartment faces an interior courtyard. It's nice and quiet at night, but you don't get much of a breeze if you go in the summer. Elevators were small, but enough space for all of our luggage, and they worked well.
All in all, we would not hesitate to stay here again.
