featuring a king-size bed and a pull-out sofa for extra guests.

Enjoy stunning views of the gulf from the front porch, relax in the screened-in balcony overlooking palm trees and the inlet, and take advantage of the convenient location just steps from the beach, pool and bay. This condo has everything you need for relaxation on your dream vacation.

The updated kitchen includes all types of small appliances including two different coffee makers. The bath has a tub/shower combo.

Beach supplies are provided for up to four guests. Chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach buggy. Also, if needed there is a Pac-N-Play, small highchair, umbrella stroller, a child size life jacket and puddle jumper.

There is a free trolley bus stop in front of the complex and walking distance to many restaurants. Most importantly, you will experience the most amazing sun sets and sun rises and we think you will agree with why we call it Our Happy Place.

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, pickle ball, fitness center, Bbq grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and Wifi internet access are included.

As of 07/20/2026 ~ Tennis, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, dock, pool, pool restrooms and laundry facilities and workout room are now available at this time.

Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations.
