Unit includes the following : 4 Beach chairs, umbrella, beach buggy, small cooler, boogie board, tennis rackets and small portable charcoal grill. Regular coffee pot and a Keurig Coffee Maker.

PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.

GAS POWERED GOLF CART ONLY and must be approved first.

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and WIFI internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

One (1) small pet allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 and a $250.00 security pet deposit.


Rates shown are base rents including utilities. Additional fees include departure cleaning fee, booking fee, sales/resort taxes and pet fees, if applicable. Internet fees will be charged, if not provided by Owner.
