About this property

Sunny Studio Garden Cottage! Walk to Beach or University!

This is our Uni Dorm in the Garden. Lovely self contained studio for one. Loads of windows and light for your morning preparations to get you started for a day studying or exploring University of Victoria or leisure time at one of the best sandy beaches of Cadboro Bay. Shops and restaurants a short stroll away in the neighbourhood village centre. Enter into a practical kitchenette space with Nespresso machine, small fridge and freezer and small meal prep accessories. Smaller standing shower with it's own designated 10 gallon hot water tank (provides a reasonable but not lengthy shower), in suite laundry and new large bath sheet towels. Next is the bedroom, sitting and studying combined area filled with natural light and a view of the garden. Book your stay! Please note there is no TV.
