To comply with our building's security and access requirements, all guests must complete a verification process before check-in details can be released.

There are two separate requirements:

• Government-Issued ID – This is collected through the Airbnb messaging platform as part of the building's guest registration requirements and is required for all adult guests staying in our suite.

• Guest Verification Screening – This is only required by the primary booker through a secure third-party verification platform and is needed by the building for all reservations.

These requirements apply to every guest staying in the building and are not based on individual reservations. The information is used solely for building registration, security, and access purposes.
