Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Leave USED towels & wash clothes in the bathroom tub.
Turn all lights off; close & lock all windows & doors before leaving. Return thermostat to 78 in the summer & 62 in the winter.
Please placed any used blankets on the beds in a pile. Make sure all blinds are closed. Do NOT lock the deadbolt. Please message me to let me know you have checked out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party resulting in a fine of $250 and cancellation.
Quiet time is 10 pm - 7 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful street, I ask our guests to be respectful of others.
Please do not put anything in the toilet besides toilet paper. If found, reservation holder will be fined $250 for violating the rule and for removal.

We absolutely loved staying at Barbie's Dreamhouse! We stayed for a family vacation and couldn't have picked a nicer place to stay. We went to the arch and the city museum, which were both only 15 minutes away. The area was nice and quiet, and absolutely beautiful with the botanical gardens so close by. Everything was really clean and rules were clear and completely as expected by the listing. Thank you to the host for providing us with such a nice property to stay! My son even asked how soon we can come back!

Wonderful location, everything we did or needed was 20 minutes any direction. Cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed at. The owner was so helpful. Checked in several times to see if we needed anything. She offered so much in amenities. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location! Sooo much to do in StL and nothing was too far from property. Slept just fine even though it was Barbie furniture! lol very cute theming throughout! Fun place to stay for a bit. Could have used a box of Kleenex and a large wall mirror in dining area would be a plus! Barbie gotta check her fit!!
