I let the owner know these things, so hopefully will correct. only 1 set of towels in bathroom, other in bedroom closet. I didnt find first day. The lock box was not something I had seen so had to call him to get the key. my inexperience but hopefully he explains how to open it. The house is very old and should have a bit of work done to make it look a bit better. hot water was excellent. coffee maker there, kettle. enough things to actually make a meal with a good fridge with a freezer. for the area, likely the cheapest option for multiple beds. on a hot the of year not a good option. our first night was very hot.

Hello Ken. Hope you're doing well and your son is recovering fast. I am sorry to hear that you had some issues at our house. Yes, it is an older house that is why the price is very low compared to other houses in the neighborhood.
We leave one set of towels in the washroom and other sets in the bedroom closets and leave the closet doors wide open for all our guests to see them. This system has been working for us so far, without any issue but from now on we can let our guests know when they check in.
As for the lockbox, It is a very common, simple lockbox from Amazon, that we had for years. Absolutely not a single guest had an issue opening it so far. I knew you were under a lot of stress and I drove 20 minutes to come and open it for you.
Again I am very sorry for your troubles. Hope to see you in future. Take care.
About the host
Your host
I'm house wife, mother of three children. Making any house feel like a home is my passion. I love long nature walks and Vancouver is a beautiful city filled with nature. House is located in seven minutes of drive to breathtaking Queen Elisabeth Park.
Why they chose this property
I love this neighborhood because it is on a quiet side street of the city yet ten minutes walk to the vibrant Victoria drive. There are tons of restaurants, stores and other amenities on victoria drive. Also, there is pub and coffee shop within 3 to 5 minutes walk.
What makes this property unique
My house is very private. It's located on the street level, its not an underground basement. You will see beautiful flowers, and greenery from every window.
