Our Little Gem has Breath Taking Lake Erie Views. A must to see from our HOT TUB

Our little Gem is located away from all city Life where its so peaceful. With Amazing views of Lake ERIE RIGHT IN OUR BACKYARD. During your stay you will watch the amazing moon dip into the ripple of the lake, while enjoying the fabulous views from our 3-4 person hot tub. OR you can enjoy sitting on our wrap around deck by our propane fireplace and enjoy the warmth and embiance, HOW ROMANTIC is that! IF you love roasting marshmallows you can adventure off the deck and roast those marshmallows IN OUR WOOD BURNING FIRE PIT. In the morning you will be woken up by the beaming sun or chirping of the birds, seagulls, or geese flying from the distance over the lake. On our acre property the children can enjoy jumping on trampoline or playing in our sandbox along with a few of the outside toys that are provided. Inside our little gem you will have internet, Smart TV, Netflix,satellite and in the childrens room there is a TV and a DVD player movies provided. Its like home away from home.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

If you feel a storm is coming in off the lake please Close the hot tub and patio umbrella. Close hot tub lid nightly. At the end of renting put away cushions, wrap up the hammock during your stay.

Upon departure please make sure umbrella is closed, hammock is wrapped up and put away. Departure time put all dirty towels into hampers. Wash all dishes and kindly put them all away.

Garbage needs to be taken down to the blue dumpster in the farmers field on your way out.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
