After soaking in the views from the front verandah, step inside to a contemporary, tastefully styled retreat. While attached to my new home, the space is fully self‑contained and independent, with no access to where I live. You’ll have your own private side entrance leading into a galley kitchenette/workspace, which flows through to a stunning bathroom and a spacious, comfortable bedroom.

The home is located in a lovely street within a newer estate. Please note, as the area is still developing, there may be some building activity nearby. Occasionally, you might hear weekday construction between 7 am and 5 pm, though most guests find it minimally disruptive.

The kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and toastie maker — perfect for a coffee, light breakfast, or simple meal. While there’s no stovetop or sink, you’ll find plenty of utensils, crockery, glasses, and serving bowls for casual dining. A large benchtop doubles as a handy workspace, with a stool tucked underneath.

The bathroom is a highlight, styled with terrazzo look tiles, beautiful gold fittings, and a spacious frameless walk‑in shower.

In the bedroom, relax on a comfortable queen‑size bed, with modern chairs and a coffee table for reading or enjoying a drink. You’ll have high‑speed internet, a smart TV with Netflix, and a generous mirrored wardrobe for all your belongings. For comfort, there’s an overhead fan for the warmer months and a heater for cooler nights (note: no air‑conditioning, but the home stays pleasant year‑round thanks to breezes and thoughtful design).

Your bedroom faces the front verandah, which you’re welcome to enjoy. It’s furnished with a cosy outdoor setting — perfect for morning coffee, peaceful garden views, or simply relaxing any time of day. There’s also a small bistro table and chair set just outside your private entry, ideal for those sunny afternoons.

Other things to note
🏗 This is a lovely, quiet street in a newer estate. There may be some nearby building works on weekdays (7 am–5 pm), though most guests find it only mildly noticeable.
• 🍳 The kitchenette is perfect for light meals but does not have a stovetop or sink.
• ❄️ There’s no air‑conditioning, but the space stays comfortable with ceiling fans, breezes, and a heater in cooler months.
• 🚭 No smoking inside the unit.
• 🙏 Please respect that the space is attached to my home so I sometimes have friends or noisy grandchildren visiting 😊
It’s fully private with its own entrance, but not suitable for parties or loud gatherings.
