Fully equipped kitchen which overlooks leafy north facing courtyard, perfect for alfresco dining.
The large main bedroom opens on to a private garden courtyard. It has a queen size bed and its own toilet/basin facilities.
The second bedroom has 1 queen size bed and there are 2 single beds located in the third bedroom.
The three way bathroom comprises separate toilet, bath and shower room and twin basins.
All windows and doors have security screens, so you can enjoy fresh air in the apartment at all times, though air conditioning and ceiling fans are also installed if required.
Laundry located in the garage has a washing machine and there is an outdoor clothesline and indoor airing line for your convenience.
Self-catering breakfast packages are also available (extra charge) and should be ordered prior to your arrival.
The property is located close to walking and bike paths with fishing and swimming in North Creek nearby. It is a short walk or drive to shops and restaurants.
Please note that this property will not be let out to schoolies, for functions or parties. Your hosts live on the property but be assured that your privacy will be respected at all times.

Things to do in Ballina

The apartment is located just a 50 metre walk to North Creek where you can swim, fish, watch the soldier crabs or just sit and watch the ever changing activities on the water.
It is an easy 2km bike ride or walk to pristine surf beaches, riverfront dining and shopping. Bikes and a double kayak are available for hire and this area has an extensive network of riding and walking paths.
Ballina has a public pool, waterslide, whale watching cruises (in season), cinema, shopping and many other activities. Nearby you can try sky diving, hang gliding, scuba diving or hot air ballooning. Or you can just relax on one of the many white sand beaches.
Not to be missed - Friday afternoon drinks or coffee at one of the cafes or bars on the Richmond River. Watch the dolphins play and the sun set over the hills.
There are weekly markets held in different locations each weekend and don't miss the Byron Farmer's Markets on Thursday morning where you can pick up local fresh organic produce.
The apartment is a 2 hour drive from the cultural centre of Brisbane, 1 hour south of the Gold Coast and only 25 mins drive from Byron Bay where there are many diverse and interesting activities.
This area is also famous for its old growth rainforests which provide interesting and stunning opportunities for camping and bushwalking.

Ballina Airport is only a 5 minute drive away and pick-ups may be available.
